1965 Mustang Fastback, 289 HiPo engine built to K-Code specs, 4-Speed. Factory Poppy Red with black vinyl and trim. All original body panels and floors, taken down to bare metal in the mid 1970s and repainted nicer than when it left the Ford plant. Second owner purchased the car in 1972 and transformed the car from a A-code car to a K-Code spec car with show finish and detail. components were purchased from the Ford dealer parts counter (C8AM-6015-B Ford HiPo replacement block). The undercarriage is detailed nicely, and everything is either painted body color, chrome plated, or finished with a protective rock guard. The fuel and brake systems were redone in 2015 by the third owner, and the car has hardly any miles on it since then. It's sitting on mirror-like chrome 14 Magnum 500 wheels with U.S. Royal Redline tires. Starts, runs, and stops great! Excellent owner history, extremely well kept and cared for.
