1966 Pontiac Lemans Frame off Restoration
This coupe was given a fame-off restoration that was completed in 2018. It was upgraded to Pontiac's Montero Red paint. This was an expensive seven-layer PPG application, and the modern clearcoat luster loves to highlight the crispness of the body panels. It's a detail-oriented package, right down to the stereo-style taillights you could only get on a '66 Tempest LeMans. the mighty 400 cubic-inch V8. Not only does the V8 inhale deeply with Tri-Power, but also it exhales with extra power out of the long tube headers on their way to the dual exhaust. The whole package is said to make 400+ horsepower. The undercarriage photos are more proof of how much they stressed every inch on the restoration.
