Description
If you're looking for a cool cruising Chevy, we can show you something else in our inventory. Instead, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Pro Street is a dual-quad big block nitrous-injected machine that can eat up any asphalt from the boulevard to the dragstrip. The fact that this sleek and clean build also happens to be made from one of your favorite classic American sports car icons is just the cherry on top.

We love a '69 Camaro because it has an iconic look, and this one has the crisp .....
lines of a solid investment. And details like the clean classic grille and nice chrome bumpers make sure people know this is a true Camaro. But while it has the right vintage fundamentals, you can also instantly see this one was custom-built for intimidation. The red paint is shiny from a quality application. It's not perfect so that you don't look like a power car poser, but there's a level of vibrancy that makes sure people notice the glow. And the white racing stripes not only look terrific, but also they are painted on for permanence. Plus, there are so many ways this one announces it's a very professional and serious street-eating machine. The tall cowl hood still can't contain the full beastly motor. The rear was tubbed and the openings stretched to fit the massive Mickey Thompson rear rubber. And with a drag chute in the back, it's impressive that you can still hang a license plate on the rear.

The interior gives you a few nice concessions, like new carpeting, nice door panels, and a newer set of Procar seats that like to hug your body. But you can instantly tell the full package is all about serious performance. After all, the rear seat was sacrificed for the tubbed wheels, storing the nitrous, and giving more room to the comprehensive safety cage. Toggle switches, a B&M ratchet shifter, a tilt steering column, and a custom dash full of full AutoMeter Sport-Comp II gauges put a very speedy package firmly in your hands.

A true beast is lurking within this Camaro. And because the lift-off hood gives everyone a good view of this motor, they made sure it's always ready to show off with a ton of polished components. But what you'll really love is all the substance behind the style. It's a 502 cubic-inch big block V8 built with go-fast goodies like twin Holley four-barrel carburetors, a Weiand tunnel ram intake, and Hooker headers. And while this already offers superior power, there's also a nitrous system to give you that extra inch that separates winners from losers. The full setup is quite a nice professional build. You see it in the details like how the hollow front fenders allow for the race cage to add safety and strength, and the same goes for the bars around the fuel cell in the trunk. The motor is even mounted further back for better weight distribution. A 4L80E transmission is a stout unit, and the four-speed with overdrive setup gives you good ratios. It connects with a stout rear end and a newer set of Mickey Thompson ET Street tires for confident take-offs. Rack & pinion steering, Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes with drilled & slotted rotors, and beefy ladder bars in the rear complete a well-done professional package.

This is an awesome icon that was made to own all the asphalt on the street and strip. So if you love a big power Camaro, call today!
