transmission 428-4V Cobra Jet Ram Air and 4-speed close ratio manual transmission1 of 2,870 with front power disc brakes Purchased new in Blackfoot ID and a dealer special order, this car came from the factory with Meadowlark Yellow paint. Car has had one repaint to the factory color. Paint is in excellent condition and all trim and emblems are in excellent condition. The black broadcloth/vinyl bench seat interior is original and in very good condition. All interior components present very well. The steering wheel is the Deluxe rim-blow steering wheel. Engine is the original 428 CID-4V Cobra Ram Jet Air. The current owner had the engine bored 30 over. The car came from the factory with the Air Grabber package and has since been replaced with an Edelbrock Torquer High Rise Aluminum intake manifold and Hooker headers with swirl polished stainless valves, and a Comp 280 cam. Estimated horsepower is pushing 450-500 hp compared to the original 335 horsepower. Owner has the original cast iron manifold and all older engine components excluding Air Grabber package.Recently Added: Fully functional Ram Air package, all new clutch linkage, all new ignition system. Transmission is the original 4-speed transmission and has a Hurst shifter. Clutch is Center Force high performance. Rear end is the 9 -inch differential Traction-Loc with 4:11 gears. Original gears which will come with the sale of the car were 350 open gears. Exhaust is Walker glass pack mufflers extended back from headers and turned down in front of rear end. Traction bars were added before the owner purchased this car. Options include power front disc brakes, AM radio that still works, and the original heater. Owner totally cleaned the plenum and added a new heater core. Documentation includes a Marti Report, Window Sticker, and service records.
