Under the cowl induction hood is a healthy L34 350 horsepower 396 big block engine paired with a Munice 4-speed manual transmission that delivers power back to a 12-bolt posi 3.31:1 rear end. The engine bay is stock in appearance, including colors, valve covers and even hoses and clamps. Power is enhanced with a set of long-tube headers that flow back through rumbling Flowmaster mufflers.
This Chevelle handles great thanks to optional power steering. Additional standard F41 Special Performance front and rear suspension consists of power front disc brakes, high-rate springs and shocks, large diameter front sway bar and a rear sway bar with boxed rear lower control arms.
