What could be better than spending family time at a car show right after church? Well that’s exactly what we did Sunday September 16th, 2018. The family and I attended the Cruizin For Kids Car Show at the Walmart Supercenter in Buckhannon, WV. The show was held from 1pm-6pm and was sponsored by Walmart and the Mountaineer Mustangs. That would explain why there was a fair amount of Mustangs and Fords in general at the show. There were a few vendors set up with products along with door prizes, food, drinks and great music. A ton of horsepower was brought to this show with numerous souped up rides both older and newer models. The kids had a blast sitting in Harry and Debbie Phillips’ 1996 Corvette and of course they all had to have their pictures taken. All in all this was a great little show held for a great cause and it’s always nice to see communities coming together to support special charities.
