This Truck has undergone a complete frame-off restoration and is in excellent drivable condition. All systems work. Powered by a 283cid Chevrolet V8 engine. premium over other trucks of its day. The 1958 model is the rarest of all Chevrolet Cameos as only 1,405 were built. What makes this Cameo even more rare is that it’s a factory V8 Truck. (Denoted by the VIN# beginning with “V”) This Truck’s restoration was completed in 2012 and still presents extremely well. It has been restored to, primarily, stock condition with the exception of a few modern/safety conveniences:
• Three speed Manual Transmission replaced by a column shift 350 Turbo 3 speed Auto Trans.
• Power Steering added.
• Single Brake Master Cylinder replaced with Dual Master Cylinder with Power Brake Booster.
• Vintage Air has been added.
