The interior is a terrific mix of added luxury and driver-ready upgrades. The best place to understand both of these together is on the pair of bucket seats. AMC was purchased by Chrysler, and so it's kind of fun to have the motor upgraded to a Mopar 318 cubic-inch V8. We also like the upgrade because this is a hardy powerhouse that loves additions. So this now includes a Holley four-barrel carburetor, a high-rise aluminum intake, and a large aluminum radiator with an electric fan. Plus, you just know you can do some added tuning and/or easy additions to unlock even more power. A three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and rear traction bars complete a solid driver's package.
