How do I place a Commercial Ad for my business?

Print Ads
How do I place a Free Print Ad for a magazine?
Subscribers, whom are also private sellers, can place place Free Print Ads in our magazines.  There is a limit of two (2) free ads per issue. 
 
To place a Free Print Ad in one of our magazines you can complete and mail the ad forms provided to you in each issue of the magazine you subscribe to.

I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
To hide all of your personal information when creating a listing, just do the following:
1. Answer "NO" to the question "Include Profile with Listing"
2. Do not enter your street address or phone number on the listing
This will keep all of your personal information private.
Someone interested in your listing will be able to contact you via anonymous email using the "Contact Advertiser" link on the site. The email address you enter for a listing is NOT shown on the site - it is used by the site to route anonymous contact requests to your email without making your email address visible to others.

If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?

When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.

Subscriptions
Where do I find my Account Number?
To locate you account number please refer to the mailing label that appears on the plastic sleeve the magazine is shipped in.  When calling with subscription questions, having your Account number is helpful, but not required. We can locate your account using your phone number, zip code or first and last name.
 
When does my magazine subscription expire?
The renew by date is located on the mailing label that is attached to the plastic sleeve the magazine is shipped in.  Renewal notifications will be sent out an issue or two before the subscription is due to expire, you can sign up to be added to our email renewal notification list or take advantage of our newest feature, the Auto Renew option.
 
Subscription renewal option:
1. Renew your subscription online at www.autoroundup.com
2. Give our office a call Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm EST at 304-884-6887
3. Fill out and complete the renewal form that you received in the magazine and mail it in to the designated mailing address.
 
When will I receive my first or next issue
You will receive your first issue of the magazine within 4-6 weeks of subscribing. Please refer to our Ad deadline schedule as to determine the date and issue number you should be starting with.  If you are a current subscriber you can also refer to our Ad deadline schedule to determine when each magazine is due to come out to subscribers. If you are not receiving your scheduled issues, please contact our office at 304-884-6887 Mon-Fri 8:00am- 4:30pm EST. If leaving a message, please leave your first and last name, account number or zip so that we can have the account ready and available when we return your call.
 
Can I switch my subscription to a different magazine
Yes, this is an option to switch from one magazine subscription to another. To determine how many issues you would receive switching from a monthly to the bi-weekly or vice versa, we will let you know at the time you call to make the switch.
 
Snowbirds
The Snowbird option is available for those subscribers who travel south for the winter or at different times of the year and need a temporary change of address.  If you provide us with both address and dates of where and when you'd like the magazines to be shipped we can add this information to the Snowbird list so that you never miss an issue. However, please refer to our Ad Deadline Schedule as to the dates in which the addresses need changed.
 
How do I use a Subscription Coupon?
To use a Subscription Coupon, you can either fill out a completed coupon and mail it in, give our office a call or visit our website www.autoroundup.com.  The coupon Code is the expiration date listed on the coupon.
