1 - Subscriptions
How do I subscribe or renew my subscription?
You can order a new subscription or renew your current subscription in our online store by CLICKING HERE.  Or, you can mail in the subscription order form from the magazine with payment enclosed (for new subscriptions) or mail in your renewal form that we mailed you (for renewals).  And, you can always call our U.S.-based, customer-friendly Team to help assist processing your order by calling 304-884-6887 (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm EST).
When will I receive my first or next issue?
You will receive your first issue of the magazine within 4-6 weeks after subscribing or renewing if you missed issues in between. Please refer to our Ad Deadline Schedule, under the "Subs Received" column to determine the date and issue number your subscription will begin with.  For further assistance, you can Contact Us.
Why does it take 4-6 weeks to get my first issue?
This is the amount of time it takes for us to process your order, get you in the system, print the first magazine and have it get through the postal system into your mailbox.
When does my magazine subscription expire?
Unlike other magazines, we use a "RENEW BY" date that is very successful in alerting our subscribers when they should renew.  The RENEW BY date is located on the mailing label that is attached to the plastic sleeve your magazine arrives in.  Your subscription actually expires after this, but if you don't renew by that deadline date, you will miss issues. Please follow this to avoid interrupted service.
Additionally, it always best to renew your subscription as soon as you receive your first notification from us, whether that is a Renewal Form that is inserted in your magazine or via email notification to avoid any interruption.

Where do I find my account number?
Your account number is located on the mailing label that appears on the plastic sleeve your magazine was shipped in.  When calling with subscription questions, having your account number is helpful, but not required.
If I move, how do I change my address for my magazines?
It's very easy.  Just Contact Us and let us know your account number (if you know it), old address, new address and effective date of change and we'll take care of the rest.
The Snowbird option is available for those subscribers who travel south or west for the winter or at different times of the year and need a temporary change of address.  If you provide us with both address and dates of where and when you'd like the magazines to be shipped, we can add you to our Snowbird list so that you never miss an issue.  Contact Us to get started.
Can I switch my subscription to a different magazine?
Yes, you can switch from one magazine subscription to another. Contact Us to get started.
2 - Print Ads
How do I place a Free Print Ad for a magazine?
Subscribers, whom are also private sellers, can place place Free Print Ads in our magazines.  There is a limit of two (2) free ads per issue. 
To place a Free Print Ad in one of our magazines you can complete and mail the ad forms provided to you in each issue of the magazine you subscribe to.

What is your privacy policy?

I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
To hide all of your personal information when creating a listing, just do the following:
1. Answer "NO" to the question "Include Profile with Listing"
2. Do not enter your street address or phone number on the listing
This will keep all of your personal information private.
Someone interested in your listing will be able to contact you via anonymous email using the "Contact Advertiser" link on the site. The email address you enter for a listing is NOT shown on the site - it is used by the site to route anonymous contact requests to your email without making your email address visible to others.

If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?

When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.
